Returns
At Mewkami, your happiness matters to us. While each item is made-to-order, we do offer refunds or replacements in certain situations.
✅ We’ll gladly refund or replace your order if:
▪️Your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted
▪️You receive the wrong item or size
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and include:
▪️Your order number
▪️A clear photo of the issue
▪️A brief description

Once we’ve received and reviewed your request, we’ll let you know if your refund or replacement is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card provider may take a little longer to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, feel free to follow up with us.
❌ We don’t accept returns or exchanges for:
▪️Incorrect size ordered
▪️Change of mind
▪️Minor color or placement differences due to manual printing variation

📦 Return Address
If a return is required, we’ll send you step-by-step instructions and return address. In these cases, return shipping costs are covered by us.
⬅️ Unclaimed Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and that you’re available to receive your delivery. You will be receiving a tracking number once your item is out for delivery.
If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address or unclaimed delivery, we will not issue a refund. We can reship your package, but you’ll be responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Once your order is submitted, we cannot make changes to your item or details. Please double-check everything before confirming your purchase.
